JAH’S CREATION Organic Farm was established in 1997 and immediately initiated Organic Production methods. First Certified Organic in 2002 by NOFA-NJ and currently Certified Organic by the State of New Jersey Department of Agriculture. “Producer Operation Form” We currently have 6 acres of land in Organic Production and are in the process of adding another 5 acres of land to our Organic Certification for the 2013 production season.

Although we are a very small farm, we have been producing record yields of vegetables, herbs and melons since 2002. In fact, we have proven to the many skeptics that we can supply a continual flow of Fresh Organic Produce to our local patrons 52 weeks of the year. “Learn more about our Season Extension”    

Owner and Farm Manager Matthew Bruckler III, is slowly building his vision of a Sustainable/Organic Farm and has been sharing his knowledge with other growers by working besides the Co-Operative Extension Services of Rutgers, Cornell and Penn State University.

Matt was on the first wave of New Jersey farmers to bring Fresh Organic Produce directly to local restaurant chefs and he made a big name for his produce by doing this. Matt started the first CSA of the Greater Atlantic City Area in 2008 with 25 members. Now, 5 years later, we have just under 250 CSA members and we are the largest CSA in Southeastern New Jersey.

JAH’S CREATION Organic Farm provides a CSA for most of Southern New Jersey, we grow for numerous Local Restaurants and a few Distributors, we are a vender at the Margate Farmers Market, plus we contract with Local Farmers to Custom Blend Soil Mixes and Grow Transplants for their Fields.
