We harvest your produce from our fields and deliver it directly to your home in a refrigerated vehicle. When you get home from a long day of work or play your box of produce is waiting for you at your front door. There is no need for you to waste any of your valuable time picking up produce from the farm every week.

Quality was excellent, the black cherry tomatoes were awesome for a lack of a better word, and I ate a whole pint myself. Herbs were clean and fresh, I used the fingerling eggplant to replace the graffiti eggplant I normally use on my swordfish dish that is on the menu.

For special I ran Maryland soft shell crabs with blue crab and local Jersey chive cream over polenta with local Swiss chard from Jah’s Creation. That is exactly what the servers told the customers. That should tell you what I thought of the quality.

All the servers know who you are, when I did training with them, I showed them the two you tube videos, and I gave them background info, explained the main thing you do is the CSA, but when you have stuff leftover you will let me know, and in the future you are hoping to do CSA with restaurants. So besides my fish guys, you are the only purveyor/farmer that they feel like they know, your produce has a face to it.

Joining a CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) is the very best way to make a solid connection with your food supply. We must eat vegetables every day, so why not get them from your local farmer! By joining your local CSA you help to support the farmer's monetary needs to run the farm and in return you recieve a share in the seasons harvest. There is nothing better than to support your local farm and reward yourself with its produce.

If you love Locally Grown, Farm Fresh, Certified Organic Produce than JAH'S CREATION Organic Farm is the CSA for you. We are a very small farm with 5,500 ft of greenhouses and a 1/2 acre of field production in Egg Harbor Township, plus another 3.5 acres of field production in Mays Landing where we currently have just under 1/2 acre of low tunnels in use to extend our growing season.

We are now in the process of leasing another 2 to 3 acres in Egg Harbor Township that will be added to our Organic Certification. We have a small but comfortable packing house where we inspect, rinse and pack out our product. We are fully equip with a walk in cooler and a refrigerated delivery vehicle to make sure that our produce gets to its destination in prime condition.

Our first CSA started with just 20 members back in 2008, grew to 62 members in 2009 and we were fortunate enough to sell over 100 CSA shares in 2010. We look forward to selling 250 CSA shares for the 2011 season. We also do a small Winter CSA just to keep things rolling.

We offer USDA Certified Organic produce for sale throughout the growing season. Our produce is grown on 12 certified organic acres of land and is of the highest quality that the market has to offer. You’ll be hooked after one look at the farm fresh certified organic produce that we offer, our fair market pricing and our dependable delivery service.

Farmers, Greenhouse Growers, Landscapers & Home Gardeners

We custom grow Plugs/Transplants , Annual Bedding Plants and Perennials for your special needs. Just contact us to discuss what you need and when you will need it and we will be happy to grow your starter plants. As a convenience to you, we sell our Custom Blended Fertilizer & Potting Soils to use when shifting our plugs into your finishing trays, pots or fields.
