Plugs/Transplants

A plug is a transplant which has been grown in its own individual cell. Plugs do not succumb to transplant shock if treated properly. Our plugs have a heavy root system and are full of nutrients which will get them off to a strong start for you. Our certified organic plug production system is small but very functional. We have over 5,000 ft2 under glass with the ability to produce just over 2,000 trays at a time. We utilize our very own peat light plug mix & grow our plugs in a number of tray sizes(220, 128, 72, & 36 count). We have been growing organic plugs since 1997 and are now contracting with other farmers to grow transplants for their fields. Our prices are $25.00 per tray FOB.
