Cookie Till of Steve and Cookies Restaurant and Bar is a valued customer and friend of JAH'S CREATION Organic Farm. She is very involved with her local community and often gives more than she takes. Cookie has helped out tremendously with the Tighe School Garden on Granville Ave. She spearheaded the Margate Community Farmers Market, has been involved with the NJ Farm to School Program, sponsors many fund raisers for all sorts of needy causes at her restaurant and has done so much more. Cookie is truly a remarkable woman and her restaurant is a landmark in Margate City, New Jersey. The atmosphere at Steve and Cookies is quiet and romantic and we highly recomend eating there.

John Merlino, owner and chef of Manna Restaurant, was one of our very first restaurant customers. Back then, before going into business for himself, John was the head chef of Mojo's restuarant in Margate. When I first met Chef John and showed him our product he began to purchase from us right away. Not only did he purchase for Mojo's but he also put me into contact with the head chef of Sails Restaurant in Somerspoint, who became a good customer of our farm too. It is a pleasure to see Chef John at the Margate Farmers Market each week where he picks up his Genovese Basil and Dutch Seedless Cucumbers from our farm.

I first met Carmin Rone, the owner of Tomatoe's, back in the late 1980's while surfing. Carmen and his friends were always out in the AC lineup whenever there was a good swell. We caught some really nice waves together back then!
I have seen Carmen run a few smaller business ventures, but nothing that he ever did in the past can compare to Tomatoe's! Carmen really pulled this place together and it is the talk of the town. I am happy to sell our product to Tomatoe's for use on their special plates. Thank you Carmen for your friendship, business, and inspiration. Your place is wonderful.

I was contacted by Chef Demetrios, of Fin Restaurant in the winter/spring of 2010. He told me that Fin had the concept of a seafood restaurant that looked to support local fisherman, vinyards, and farmers. He said that he would love to use our produce in his restaurant and help support our farm. I was honored by his inquiry and we began a very nice buisness relationship. This coming winter we have plans to continue talks of growing a custom crop just for his restaurant. My wife and I had the oppertunity of eating at Fin this summer and it was fantastic!

The Knife and Fork Inn is an Atlantic City landmark. This place has so much history that it could never be told. I remember my grandfather having the Landscaping contract with the Inn many years ago. I met the new owner, Frank Dougherty, at a farmer/chef meeting at Steve and Cookies Restaurant a few years ago. He approached me and told me that he was interested in using our produce. I am honored to be selling our produce to such a historical place and it feels great to be delivering to a piece of history where my Grandfather once did business.
